1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of http://localhost:3000 (the "Site") and your purchase of physical products from Bana ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products
Product descriptions, photos and sizing information are provided to help you choose. Colors may look slightly different on your screen, and small variations between items can occur. Products are sold while stock lasts: if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and cancel that part of the order.
3. Prices and payment
Prices on the Site are shown in US dollars (USD) and include no hidden fees. The delivery fee, if any, is shown at checkout before you place your order. Payment is by cash on delivery: you pay the total shown at checkout in cash to the courier when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. We do not collect card details or payments online.
4. Orders
An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if the details are incomplete or cannot be verified, if the delivery address is outside our delivery area, or if the item is no longer available.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Lebanon through our delivery partner, Wakilni. Delivery usually takes the time shown on the Site, but it is an estimate, not a guarantee. The courier will phone you using the number you gave at checkout; please keep it reachable. If a delivery fails because no one is available or the details are wrong, the courier may try again or we may contact you to arrange a new attempt. Repeated failed deliveries may result in your order being cancelled.
6. Returns and exchanges
You can return an unused item in its original condition and packaging within the return period stated on the Site (counted from the day you receive it) for a refund or exchange, except for items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. Contact us at hello@example.com with your order number first. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you. Because payment is in cash, refunds are made in a way we agree with you.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to access, interfere with its operation, or submit false information or orders.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, design, photos and graphics, is owned by Bana or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
9. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bana is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or its products, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
