1. Our return window
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, if it is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags, dust bags and protective films still in place.
2. What cannot be returned
Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, items that were made to your specification, and items that show signs of use, wear, perfume, makeup or damage after delivery cannot be returned.
3. How to return an item
- Email hello@example.com within 14 days with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply with the next steps and arrange collection or a drop-off. Do not send an item back before we have confirmed the return.
- When we receive the item and check it, we confirm the result by email.
4. Refunds and exchanges
If the return is accepted you can choose an exchange (subject to availability) or a refund. Because orders are paid in cash on delivery, refunds are made by a method we agree with you when we confirm the return. We aim to complete refunds within a reasonable time after we receive and check the item.
5. Delivery fees
The delivery fee of an order is not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item.
6. Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrived damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us at hello@example.com the same day with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including delivery.
7. Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order for free until the courier has collected the parcel. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
8. Your statutory rights
