Questions, answered
- Add a bag to your cart, enter your name, phone, email and delivery address, and place the order. We hand it to our courier, Wakilni, and you receive an email with a tracking link. You pay the courier in cash when the bag arrives.
- No. Payment is cash on delivery only. You will never be asked for card details on this site.
- Usually 1-3 business days across Lebanon. The courier phones you before arriving, so please keep your phone nearby.
- A flat $9, free on orders over $250.
- Yes. Unused bags in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Write to us with your order number first. If a bag arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours.
- Each product page lists exact dimensions. As a guide, Small fits phone, cards, keys and a lipstick; Medium adds a wallet and sunglasses; Large takes a 15-inch laptop.
- Wipe it with a dry cloth, store it in its dust bag, and condition the leather twice a year. Our journal has a full season-by-season care guide.
- Use the Track order page with your order number and the email you used at checkout.
