1. Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses inside Lebanon. At checkout you choose your area from the list our delivery partner, Wakilni, serves. If your area is not on the list we cannot deliver there yet.
2. Delivery fee
Delivery costs $9 per order. Delivery is free on orders over $250. The exact fee is always shown at checkout before you place your order.
3. How long it takes
Orders usually arrive in 1-3 business days after we confirm them. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: traffic, weather, public holidays and security situations can cause delays.
4. From order to your door
- You place your order and we email you a confirmation with a tracking link.
- We hand your parcel to Wakilni, who collect it from us.
- The courier phones you on the number you gave at checkout to arrange delivery. Please keep it reachable.
- You pay the total shown at checkout in cash to the courier when you receive your parcel.
You can follow your order on our tracking page with your order number and the email you used, and we email you when it is out for delivery and when it is delivered.
5. If you are not available
The courier will try to reach you. If they cannot, the delivery may be rescheduled or the order may be returned to us. We may cancel an order that cannot be delivered, and the items go back into stock.
6. Checking your parcel
Please check that the parcel is intact when it arrives. If it looks damaged, tell the courier and contact us at hello@example.com the same day with your order number so that we can help.
