1. Who we are
Bana ("we", "us") operates http://localhost:3000. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us, why, and what choices you have. Contact: hello@example.com.
2. What we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address (area, street, building, floor, directions), any note you add, and what you ordered.
- Messages: what you write in our contact form or in our support chat, and your email address. The support chat answers from this website's own content; a chat is only stored by us if you choose to send it to our team.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe to our newsletter.
- Visit statistics: anonymous counts such as how many people visited a page. We do not store IP addresses, device identifiers or advertising profiles (see our Cookie Policy).
We never ask for or store card or bank details: payment is cash on delivery.
3. How we use it
- To confirm and deliver your order and to let the courier reach you.
- To email you about your order (confirmation, status updates) and to answer your questions.
- To send you our newsletter, only if you subscribed (every email has an unsubscribe link).
- To keep records required for accounting and to prevent fraud or abuse.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
4. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the services that run our store:
- Wakilni (delivery and cash collection) receives your name, phone number, email, delivery address and order contents so they can deliver your parcel.
- Resend sends our emails to you and keeps our newsletter subscriber list.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.
- Cloudflare hosts the Site, delivers it securely, and stores its database and its files.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal record-keeping duties. Email hello@example.com.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections, restrict access to order data to the store owner, and rely on reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest revision.
